Like a surf-bound Antipodean lifesaver, Franks has come to the rescue of thousands of trend-savvy beach bums looking for something slightly different from their swim shorts.
Cut slightly shorter than typical boardshorts the silhouette is retro but the prints are contemporary with brightly coloured graphics presented alongside organic patterns as well as block colours.
Franks is being distributed in the UK by sales agency Picnic Brands, run by former K-Swiss marketing manager Nick Crook who has already signed up premium retail accounts including Oki-Ni, Asos and Islington boutique Sefton for spring 10. Prices for each shorts style is £20 with a recommended retail price of £50.
