Moda menswear: checks

Checks still represent the core commercial shirt offering in UK menswear. Yes, washed down cottons, in striped and plain styles are looking fresher but it would be churlish to turn your backs – or you shopfloors – on a category that still has plenty of legs. Here at Moda there was once again plenty of variety from tiny checks with embroidered emblems layered on, to oversized versions and more traditional plaids.
