B&B brand spotlight: Eleven Paris

One of the brands really working for indies in the UK right now is Eleven Paris. Among the hullabaloo of pyrotechnics, catwalks and experimental haircuts that characterises all that is glorious about Bread and Butter, the French brand is a relatively humble affair with a small stand neatly segmented into a 50/50 split of men's and womenswear.  But with great product, looking distinctive yet wearable.
The spring 11 range works in luxe sweats, super casual tailoring, (think drawstring trousers and soft shouldered jackets) soft jerseys and fine knits.

A subtle re-interpretation of 1980s looks means dancefloor sweats are key for women, as are oversized T-shirts with slashed necks and low-dropping armholes. Stonewashed denim shorts and nude bodies underlined the 80s look.
A full spectrum of super soft jersey T-shirts look fresh, while key categories for men included varsity jackets, washed down panelled sweaters, checked shorts and graphic T-shirts. Olive military shirts and jackets provided a slightly harder edge, with chinos cutting a clean line.Source URL: http://icip2idayusof.blogspot.com/2010/07/b-brand-spotlight-eleven-paris.html
