Pure trends: animal motifs

Animal motifs continue to appear in repeated patterns all over dresses. But as well as the thrift store repros of nautical inspired swallows and the nostalgic horse prints that have anchored the trend so far, this Pure saw brands get downright zoological. From cats to ants, the menagerie is swelling.

Pure trends: lace

We've seen lace for at least three seasons now and while the trend shows few signs of relenting, the fabric is being used more sparingly. While there were plenty of all-over looks from the more mature brands at the show, the more directional collections targeting the young fashion sector used lace more as a trim detail than a bold statement.
