This is all about the panelling. Be they dyed or cut, geometric shapes were used to give a futuristic feeling, body-sculpting effect. Brands went for both body-contouring silhouettes on dresses as well as symmetric seams that created angular touches. Darted shoulders, contrast fabric panels and body hugging ribs all added to the body-skimming effects and on the whole pieces look gently tailored or clinging.
