Blame Carrie Bradshaw but the corsage is a big deal for next summer. Though there was still a smattering of bows on display, but the fabric rosettes was the dominant force in the world of applique. Used as placements or as neckline embellishments on dresses from a host of international brands, they added a focus point on otherwise simple dresses.
