Without doubt the most exciting denim trend on the autumn 2010 roster are anatomical jeans fits. By cleverly introducing darting techniques to silhouettes, denim designers have continued to subvert jeans silhouettes, creating aggressively tapered carrot shapes as well as thigh-pouched jodhpur shapes for women’s skinny jeans. Pleated details create low-slung harem shapes and the panelled motorcycle jean also made a re-appearance on the women’s rails.
